These are the projects that, due to reasons such as condensed schedules, scope complexity, specialization, etc, require the expertise of an experienced commercial contractor but are not at a dollar volume large enough for contractors with high overhead to build efficiently or competitively. With low overhead, a large loyal subcontractor base, and extensive background with commercial construction, REACON is well suited to build these types of projects with the quality and timeliness of a large GC but with the attentiveness and cost effectiveness only a boutique contractor can provide.
